HOTEL MANAGERS
Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate or any business-related courses.
With minimum of 5 yrs. managerial experience in fast food, restaurant, hotel or motel operations. Computer literate, preferably adept in financial management. Willing to work in shifts and extended hours.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
An HRM graduate who will provide the over-all direction in the delivery of high quality, innovative & cost efficient food & beverage products. Deliveries in 10 minutes, consistency of good tasting foods, increase NIAT of all branches. Has worked in a commissary / fast-food at least 7 years management experience.

RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years experience in manpower forecasting, recruitment and sourcing, selection and placement. Must be adept in using applicable sources for manpower sourcing such as online and broadsheets advertising, setting up job fairs and other media. Possesses excellent interviewing skills for all levels/positions. Must be able to deal well with all levels in the organization, people-oriented, and possess strong leadership qualities. Dynamic, highly motivated, and works well under pressure.
TREASURY MANAGER
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Treasury in the areas of Foreign Exchange, Liquidity Management and Fixed Income is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Licensed Civil Engineer, with at least 7 years construction management and project management experience. Must be familiar with any project management software/schedule. Very good in managing people, goal oriented and meticulous.

PROJECT MANAGERS
Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage. With 3 years work of experience in fast food / high-rise building construction companies. Handled and develop projects at various worksites. Skills in Project Planning, Implementation of Project Control and knowledge in trade works.

AUDIT MANAGER
Systematically managing audit activities to ensure adequate internal controls and integrity of financial information. Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant, with 7 years work experience as Audit Manager or its equivalent. Computer literate. Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be goal oriented, analytical and must be able to adapt to the corporate culture that values team work, excellence, quality and productivity

ACCOUNTANTS
BS Accounting graduate, 21-30 years old at least with 1 experience in general accounting, preparation of Financial Statements, General Accounting works, payroll processing and taxation reports.

RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR
Male or female, graduate of Psychology or any course with at least 3 years experience in recruitment preferably gained from a call center industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Amiable, assertive, flexible, team player, and keen on details

AUDITORS
One who will perform compliance and internal audit particularly in hotel/ motel operation. Perform financial and tax audit for different hotel branches with at least one year Audit (preferably) experience. BS Accountancy graduate; computer literate.

DESIGN OFFICERS
Licensed architecture practitioner with minimum of 3 years work experience and working knowledge in operations of Auto CAD, 3D Viz /Max, Sketch up, leads & banner.

PROPERTY SOURCING OFFICER
Forms and establish competitive advantage on identified targeted areas. 2 years experience in real estate or as broker and with established network in real estate with above average negotiating skills.

PROPERTY DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST
Consolidates, encodes and prints necessary reports of all referred sites. Interpret and plot acquired TCT technical descriptions and be able to draw up location plan. Conducts as built plans and provide preliminary drawings of proposed floor plans of to be acquired properties. Provide effective and efficient internal and external communications and prepares departmental reports and administrative functions. Graduate of drafting course. With 1 year experience in architectural/engineering firm. Knowledgeable of AutoCAD (rendering) and sketch up programs.

GROUP HEAD
With POLC knowledge in Repair and Maintenance activities of all branches, RAC, electro – mech and electronics equipment with high degree of efficiency at the lowest possible cost. Must be a licensed Engineering Graduate with 3-5 years experience on Hotel/Motel or similar environment as Maintenance Manager. Highly knowledgeable on repairs and maintenance of Hotel Equipment.
